Wall trim installation tip 1 – Wood board for uneven wall

When the wall is uneven, Goodware suggests you nail a wood board first. Then, install the PU moldings.

Combination method of Plywood and wall

First of all, use a hard brush to clean the dirt and dust on the concrete wall. Second, put the Plywood on the wall. The thickness of Plywood is 12mm above. Then, use the free nail glue and nailing to combine them.

Paint

Paste filler step: After cleaning the surface of the Plywood, use sandpaper to polish it. Second, put on the putty powder. After it becomes dry, polish it with sandpaper. Then, put on the putty powder again.
Paint: After finishing the paste filler step, start to paint the Plywood. Brush the primer once, brush the topcoat twice.

Wall trim installation tip 2 – Even wall

If the wall is even and smooth, you can install the PU moldings directly. There are six steps.

Marking: Use the pencil to mark the installation area. Mark the 45 ° diagonal cutting intersection point on the PU molding.
Cut: Use cutting tools to cut the required length and angle.
Glue: Spread the free nail glue on the back of PU molding. Clean the excess glue with a damp cloth.
Nailing: Use the nail gun to fix the PU molding to the wall.
Fill: After installing the PU molding, use the water-based silicone or filler to cover the gap. Use the automobile putty or AB glue to cover the cross-section junction. Use the filler to cover the nail hole.
Trim: Use the sandpaper to make the repair place smooth.
